WorldTech Intelligent has successfully developed the Remote Intelligent Equipment Health Management System. The system integrates the latest sensor technology, wireless communication technology, IoT and Cloud technology to provide intelligent detecting for the operation health status of industrial equipment. Also, WorldTech Intelligent has established large databases for transmission equipment and fault signatures. We have also accumulated precious experience, including typical fault patterns, fault criteria, diagnostic techniques, and Cetera. There are three hundred of specific equipment failure samples displayed in our factory workshop.

By collecting real time operating data and comparing with big data analysis from years of transmission data of WorldTech Intelligent, our system can detect the health situation of machines 7×24 hours, predict malfunction in the early time and simulate the remaining lifetime of key parts. Our services have covered many industries including coal, petrochemical, rubber, construction, papermaking and many other industries. We have been providing our intelligent equipment health management services for thousands of power machines, reducers, pumps and air compressors for our customers.
