Registration of the conference follows a simple procedure. Once you submit your final version through the EasyChair system, you will receive an Email confirming your paper acceptance.

Registration fees

The registration deadline is 15th April 2024 and please complete the registration by following the procudure below.

Paying registration fees

Registration fees can be paid in three ways, including one international payment method and there payment methods in China. Please keep a receipt of your payment.

International attendee

For attendees in China, we have provided three methods as follows. For easier understanding, the payment informaiton are expressed in Chinese.

3. POS card swiping or QR code payment can be accepted at the conference (会议现场POS机刷卡或银联码)

• Invoices can be collected on-site at the conference registration desk. (现场领取发票)
• Send the completed remittance voucher and billing information to the mailbox of the financial contact（qdrhltsw@163.com）and ask for the electronic invoice.（请将汇款截图及备注开票信息发送至财务邮箱qdrhltsw@163.com, 要求财务开具电子发票）

Hotel information

The conference has recommended the Hilton Hotel Golden Beach, Qingdao, P. R. China(青岛金沙滩希尔顿酒店) for your stay. We can help reserve the hotel rooms if you want to stay in this hotel or you can book yourself. The price for one room (either double bed or large bed) is 500 RMB.
